| ContactsPro Privacy Policy We at Demodit GmbH respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy is designed to show you how your data is used by using iOS Apps ContactsPro Lite (w/o Premium) or ContactsPro for iPad. We at Demodit GmbH don't use your data for any for our or others purposes. The data is only used in the context of your experience with the application. Information we collect about you We don't collect any of your data for our or others purposes. ContactsPro stores data which you allow access to, on its database on your mobile device. This for faster access (caching). If you create ContactsPro contacts, or import/connect contacts from address book, then their data is stored on ContactsPro's database or in its file system. Most data on ContactsPro database is encrypted. Photos are stored as data files (not jpeg, png or so). This concerns following data: - contacts data (what you see in the details of a contact) - photos (when you add photos to a ContactsPro contact) How we use your data We use your data only in the context of your experience with the application. Some app usage information maybe be collected for statistics. How we display your data The data is only displayed whithin the application. How we share your data We or the application don't share your data. Transfer of your data Your data is only transferred if you use ContactsPro backup & restore functionality. The data is encrypted (zipped) with your ContactsPro backup ID, your passcode (of protected area) or main passcode (for unprotected area data) and the app's secret password. If you transfer data to ContactPro server, then you need to use a very strong (unique) backup ID, otherwise someone using the same backup ID and passcode can access your data. Demodit GmbH does not guarantee, that your data can not be accessed by others. We disclaim any warranty. Using backup & restore functionality is at your own risk. Some app usage information maybe be transffered for statistics. How you can delete ContactsPro data You can delete ContactsPro contacts and their data by swaping from right to left in the contact list. When deleting ContactsPro app, all its data stored on your mobile device is deleted too. When you tranferred data to your FTP server, then you can delete that data using an FTP program. Updates to this Privacy Policy This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically and without prior notice to you to reflect changes in our information processing practices or for any other purpose. The valid Privacy Policy is always included in the latest version of the application (see "More / Privacy Policy"). |
